How does the rental process work?

Start by browsing our collections and submitting an enquiry. We’ll confirm availability, pricing, and any customisation options. Once your booking is confirmed, let us take care of delivery and pack-down for a seamless experience. Our hire period is three days.

How do payments, bonds and deposits work?

To secure your date, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Your booking is only confirmed once this is received. A refundable damage bond of 20% of your total hire fee is also required. This is returned within 10 working days after everything is safely returned and inspected. The final balance is due no later than 30 days before your event.

Do you have minimum hire requirements?

Yes, we have a minimum spend for bookings, depending on your event size, season and location. During peak season, we have a minimum hire spend of $600 (GST inclusive). In our off-season (Winter and Autumn) this is more flexible.

Can I hire flowers for just one day?

Absolutely! Our rentals are designed for events, so whether it’s a wedding, party, or styled shoot, you can rent for just the day and up to three days.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes, we do offer delivery, and all details will be confirmed during the booking process. While we don’t provide setup, the beauty of our collections is that they’re designed to be effortlessly placed, no special setup required. Standard delivery is available from 3:00 PM onwards on the day before your event, with collection taking place before 10:00 AM the day after. If you hire our full collection, delivery and pack up is included within our 50km radius. For addresses beyond this radius, an additional charge of $3 per kilometre (each way) will apply.

Are your flowers real or artificial?

All of our blooms are high-quality faux florals, chosen for their incredibly realistic look and feel. We carefully select each flower to create lush, lifelike arrangements that stay beautiful season after season.

Can I customise the arrangements?

Our collections are thoughtfully designed and not customisable at this time. While we're not currently offering bespoke or one-off arrangements, we’re always evolving, so custom options may be available in the future. Be sure to follow us on socials for any updates!

How far in advance should I book?

Our rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend reaching out at least 6-7 months ahead to give us the best chance to secure your dream florals. This allows plenty of time to check availability, chat through your vision, and lock in the perfect florals for your big day.

Can I see the florals in person before booking?

Yes, we offer viewings by appointment on the North Shore, Auckland. Just get in touch to arrange a time.

What happens if I loose an item or something gets damaged?

We understand accidents happen! We allow for reasonable wear and tear, like small petal frays or light stains, but significant damage or loss may result in a deduction from your bond. Everything will be clearly outlined in your hire agreement, and we’re always here to answer any questions.
